32 percent of customers choose to view the full site on their mobile device rather than the mobile site
Despite the fact that mobile performance is hampered by problems such as low-horsepower devices and low-bandwidth connections, most people expect sites to load at least as fast on their mobile devices as they do on their desktop. Mobile-specific websites offer only a partial solution to this challenge. Even when presented with a mobile-specific site, one out of three users will select the “See full site” option.
