Who Does Not Serve the Full Site to Mobile Users?
Our survey of 200 top retail websites found 64 sites either would not direct to the full site or did not have a "view full site" option. This runs counter to a separate finding that up to 35% of smartphone users will choose to view the full site over the mobile site when given the option. Mobile visitors who view the full site spend up to 7.5 times more per visit than m.site visitors. By not allowing mobile visitors the ability to navigate to the full site, site owners are missing out on significant revenue opportunities.
