Vancouver, B.C. -July 28, 2008 - Strangeloop Networks ™ Inc., a leading provider of solutions that accelerate dynamic web applications developed with Microsoft’s ASP.NET framework or which rely on web services, today announced the appointment of Hooman Beheshti as vice president of Products. Most recently responsible for product technology, product marketing and technical evangelism as VP of Products and Technology at Crescendo Networks, Hooman joins Strangeloop Networks with core responsibilities including driving strategic vision for Strangeloop’s current and new services and product development efforts, developing road maps for the expanding Strangeloop product line by applying his strong product management leadership experience in web-based ASP products and services.

As a veteran and expert of the load balancing and web acceleration market, Hooman brings to this role over 15 years of experience in enterprise networking and application acceleration, and is poised to help Strangeloop expand the company’s product line to address new application acceleration opportunities.

Before Crescendo Networks, Hooman served as Chief Technology Officer at Radware, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDWR), where his responsibilities encompassed product definition, product management, technical evangelism and business development. In these capacities, he helped define and develop various load balancing, high availability and application delivery products, as well as helped lead marketing and evangelism efforts for both the products and the technologies themselves. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California at Irvine.
